Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time — either from inside the app or by sending us an email. This page explains both options and lists what gets removed.

From inside the app

1. Sign in to your account (web or mobile).
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

The account is removed immediately on confirmation. You'll be signed out on every device.

By email

If you can't sign in, send an email to privacy@precizna.com from the address registered with the app, with the subject "Account deletion". We process requests within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed:

• your profile and email address;
• every farm, parcel, season, and operation you created;
• AB lines, parcel lists, and prescription (variable-rate) maps;
• satellite imagery history and associated cache files.

What is retained

For security reasons we retain limited sign-in records (event type and timestamp) without data that directly identifies you. Backups roll off within a short period, after which your data is fully removed from them as well.
