Common questions

How do I create my first farm and parcel? After signing in, open the Farms section and add a farm. Once a farm is selected, open the Parcels section and add parcels by drawing the boundary on the map or by importing an AgGPS file.

How do I delete my account? Sign in, open More → User account, then tap Delete account. Full details are on the Account deletion page.

How do I export to Trimble or FJD? Open the Parcels section, tap Export, choose the format, and use the share sheet to save or send the file.

How do I import an AgGPS file? Open the Parcels section, tap Import, then choose your .zip file. The app previews every parcel in the archive before import, so you can deselect any you don't want.

The map shows no satellite imagery for my parcel. Open the VRA section, pick the parcel, and tap Fetch a new acquisition. Satellite imagery is fetched on demand per parcel and date.

The app crashes or freezes. Update to the latest version from the App Store, then close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, email support@precizna.com with a short description and we'll help.
