Terms of Service

Welcome to Precizna. These Terms describe your relationship with us when you use the app.

What Precizna is

Precizna is a precision-agriculture service that lets you:

  • keep records of farms, parcels, seasons, and field operations;
  • monitor crop condition through satellite imagery and vegetation indices (NDVI, GNDVI, NDRE);
  • generate productivity zones and variable-rate maps that you can export to tractor guidance systems.

The service is delivered as a web app and a mobile app.

Your account

To use the app you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please change your password immediately or contact us at support@precizna.com.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own agricultural operations. Please do not:

  • attempt to access other accounts or systems without authorisation;
  • overload the service with automated tools or unusually large request volumes;
  • use the app for unlawful purposes.

Your content

Parcel boundaries, operational records, and any other content you enter remain yours. We process this data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service limitations

The service is provided "as is." Satellite imagery, vegetation indices, and variable-rate maps are decision-support tools — they do not replace professional agronomic advice or in-field inspection. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results always match real conditions in the field.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time, from within the app (Settings → Account) or by sending a request to privacy@precizna.com. Details about what is removed and what is retained are on the Account deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in case of serious breach of these Terms or suspected abuse.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
